Speaker Profile: Ruchira is an international education specialist committed to unlocking the potential of every learner by elevating the practice of teachers and leaders. She has served as the Regional Director, South Asia for Cambridge International and as the Principal of Sancta Maria, a leading Cambridge Pathway school in Hyderabad. Most recently, she led the Learning function for the International Schools Partnership in India as Regional Learning Director, driving impactful work in learning improvement, academic achievement, and professional growth of leaders and teachers. Her work is underpinned by the deep belief that great schools are built through great people - curious students, confident teachers, and courageous leaders.
