Speaker Name: Ruchi Tewari

Speaker Profile: Ruchi Tewari is the Product Manager for Cambridge University Press & Assessment, South Asia and a core member of the Central Professional Development team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment. In her role, she leads training and support initiatives for Cambridge Resources across all levels, ensuring educators are empowered to integrate and adopt these resources in the most effective way. With over a decade of teaching experience and extensive leadership roles in educational institutions across India, Ruchi brings a rich blend of classroom expertise and management acumen. For the past eight years, she has also been deeply engaged in teacher training, following evidence-based instructional design principles to enhance professional development. Her focus lies in making training impactful, sustainable, and aligned with educators’ evolving needs. Specialisms: • Teacher Training & Professional Development • Trainer Recruitment and Upskilling • Instructional Design & Materials Review An academic at heart, Ruchi is a commerce graduate with a Master’s in Business Administration, complemented by a degree in Education. Currently, she is pursuing a research project on Dialogue in Training with Cambridge University, further deepening her expertise in reflective and collaborative learning practices.
