Aggressive behavior is common in young children as they learn to navigate their emotions and interact with the world. Here is one example to help you address it:
Teach them to express their feelings: Young children often lack the vocabulary to express complex emotions like frustration or anger. Help them identify their feelings by labeling them yourself (“I see you’re feeling frustrated because you can’t reach that toy”) and teach them words to express themselves (“Do you want to say ‘up’ so I can help you?”).
