She also serves as Vice-President of the South Asian International Baccalaureate Schools Association (SAIBSA) and is a member of governing boards in India and abroad. She volunteers as a CIS Accreditation Evaluator and has inspected over 200 schools globally. With over 20 years of experience, she pioneers innovative educational practices, including introducing interactive technology in classrooms. Vandana's leadership has earned Podar International School top rankings and accolades for parental involvement and academic excellence. Recognised for her contributions, she has received prestigious awards, including the 'Rajya Puraskar Award' and 'Global Accreditation Award' from the British Council. Vandana is dedicated to community service and empowering students with diverse learning needs through technology.
