Fear

FEAR is something which is present in every individual so in our students as well. As teachers we too have fear of completion of tasks before deadlines but here I want to put emphasis on helping a child or helping to overcome his fear. Empathy is the key. Its important to listen to them. To know about the pshychological issues which arises nowadays mainly due to issues outside classroom or within classroom both are present in varied cases. Talk calmly ,Listen, help .
