To achieve this, every student ought to be imparted with the training in Public Relations, Effective Communication Skills, Goal setting, Resolving Conflicts, Team building and Assertiveness right from their middle school.
World has set its bench high when it comes to giving opportunities to the students and strive to keep up innovation. The students are always encouraged in articulating their views boldly and making their presence felt. Every school has to also give the chance to develop leadership skills in the students through contesting for positions of authority in the Student Council, monitors with responsibility for the good conduct and prodigious performance through various competitions, conferences, seminars, cultural and literary events. Competitions like Just a minute, Synopsis of a story, debates, elocution, extempore and many more help not just in boosting the students’ command over the language but also, in improving their rationale and personality as a whole. To ensure that the students proceed on the right track, facilitators guide and mentor them on their way forward.
Apart from the activities held within the school, students could also take part in conferences and competitions hosted by other schools of repute which provide exposure to diverse elements that aid in building their overall well-being. Such breaks are productive for instilling the habit and ability of dealing with adverse situations, people-management and multitasking. Since these are the most sought-after skills in the 21stCentury, we believe that the earlier our students develop them, the more embellished their personalities become.
