Every individual has its own abilities and capabilities so it’s very important to know your students their ability level, interest level. It acts as a guide for teacher to help learners to learn new things. It allows a teacher to achieve the goals. Effective lessons helps a learner to interact, to think, to solve problems on their own. I believe that a teacher who is prepared well for her class finds always success in her path. We should be purposeful in planning to meet the different needs of our students. There are many factors that make lesson plan /planning more effective.
