Non-Violent Communication and Servant Leadership.

Recently, I completed a certificate course on Non-Violent Communication and Servant Leadership, conducted by Global Peace Lets Talk group which profoundly transformed my perspective and shaped me into a more compassionate and effective educator. The insights gained from this course have enriched my teaching approach, enabling me to foster empathy and compassion in my students. This newfound knowledge will undoubtedly enhance my teaching career, helping my learners internalize these essential qualities.

I started my journey as a Teacher in the year 1994 and serving till date in one of the prestigious educational institution in South Mumbai named HVB Global Academy. In taking this course there is one over whelming fact that has become clear to me – teaching is an ongoing process in which I will be a student, as much as I am the educator. “The one who does teaching is the one who’s doing the learning” as they say.
